Meetings suck. We all know that. So, how do we save time while also ensuring we move the needle forward?

Before the meeting begins, ensure that an agenda and a clear goal for the meeting are in place.

Then, start every call with your 3-question agenda (Goal, Blockers, Next Step) and set a visible 30-minute timer.

While the team is talking, let an AI notetaker capture the transcript and automatically pull out action items.

At the end of the meeting, have your AI Notetaker send the notes to the entire group, or just to yourself.
